Comparison and analysis of energy saving indicators in green building evaluation standards of China and Russia

Presents the energy saving methods in China’s Assessment standard for green building and Russia’s Habitat stability evaluation criteria of individual apartments and public buildings. Compares the two standards from following three aspects: supporting systems control, building’s energy efficiency design optimization, energy recovery and renewable resource utilization. The result shows that energy saving methods of the two standards are basically identical but the priorities are different. The energy saving indicatiors in China’s criteria are more abundant and flexible.
